Seven Oaks, Keswick

The original structure of Seven Oaks dates to the late 1700′s with the main portions of the house dating to 1860. The restoration included a full upgrade of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Modern conveniences were carefully woven into the existing fabric to create a seamless interface between modern and historic. All new bathrooms and closets were installed, while maintaining the large, volumous spaces. Original summer kitchen was transformed to a home office. Contributing structure to the Ridge Street Historic District. Seven Oaks was a tax credit project.
