The Bibb Wolfe House dates to 1840 and is the oldest remaining house on Ridge Street, near Charlottesville’s historic downtown mall. The project scope included design of a new kitchen as well as a complete systems upgrade including mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Inappropriate rear additions were removed. Contributing structure to the Ridge Street Historic District. The Bibb-Wolfe House was a tax credit project.
